Nordest was tasked to create a video series raising awareness for the company's new programming and employee incentives.
We went beyond the typical approach to testimonial videos by producing humorous skits that integrated AMEX employees as our dynamic cast. We were able to successfully engage AMEX and its employees in a memorable company culture experience, providing insight into new programs and the people that make AMEX the great company that it is. Our approach to employee engagement proved to be an effective formula in communicating an internal message that would resonate with staff.
